How to carve a turkey: NEW Videos
The idea of carving a turkey the way it shows in a Norman Rockwell print is, well – for the birds! I researched videos and found two posted on YouTube – both of which offer you practical methods for carving a whole turkey to give you the most yield, best looking meat on the serving platter and with the least hassle. The first features Alton Brown of Food Network and the second is produced by Cooking.com. I hope either one or both of these help you enjoy your holiday turkey – or your everyday turkey – even more!
Happy Grilling!

After the introduction video, I can not get the next video to play
Hiya – I ran thru the video and allowed it to finish. When the screen showed all of the next videos (screen shots at the bottom of the window) I clicked on Next Segment at the top right. The commercial ran and the next video began.
You can go to Monkey See and check out the video series. Here’s that address: http://www.monkeysee.com/play/12031-how-to-carve-a-turkey
Sorry, not very impressed by this video and very annoyed that each segment has the same ad before watching it. As a professional chef/instructor I thought his presentation was very bland.
I appreciate your feedback – as it was produced by the Turkey Federation – I will pass that comment along to them. Say – would you happen to have any videos we might post? Always looking for good materials to share.
